About Error Analysis, Inc.
Former federal research scientist, H. Harvey Cohen, formed Error Analysis, Inc. in 1988 to further ergonomics practice in the business, industry, and legal settings. Dr. Cohen sought to fill a need for applied scientists that could analyze and describe the complex nature of accident causation. Today, Error Analysis investigates human error, workplace safety, and generates preventative solutions using human factors and ergonomics methodologies.
Since its founding, Error Analysis has consulted to organizations throughout the world, including North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Error Analysis has assisted clients in developing safety solutions from the boardroom to the shop floor. In litigation-related matters, attorneys have retained Error Analysis consultants on thousands of occasions in cases involving premises and products, as well as transportation, recreational, and occupational issues.
