Dr. Joseph Cohen is a board-certified ergonomist and hazard control manager. He manages all phases of the firm's prevention services and provides technical and managerial consulting services to attorneys in litigation. In his nearly 15 years of professional experience, Dr. Cohen has consulted to Fortune 500 organizations and managed safety-related projects across a variety of industries and settings, including construction, energy generation, food service, consumer products, industrial products, warehousing, and hospitality. Joseph Cohen's research and writings on pedestrian falls, incident investigation, and hazard communication have been published in books, professional journals, and trade magazines. He frequently speaks to professional groups and lectures at universities in Southern California.

Ms. LaRue has degrees from The Ohio State University and the University of Southern California. Her human factors, ergonomics and safety training comes from a strong foundation in Industrial Engineering and Systems Management. Ms. LaRue has over 25 years of professional experience and is the firm's principal engineer responsible for investigating slip, trip, misstep and fall accidents, collisions involving visibility, perception-reaction and other engineering case issues. In addition to a variety of articles in professional publications, Ms. LaRue is an author of two leading professional handbooks concerning investigation and prevention of fall and ladder injuries, respectively.
